Description
Essential oil
Black pepper warms and invigorates. Incorporated into a massage oil, it relaxes the muscles and heats up cold hands or feet. Black pepper also stimulates the digestion.

Use
Oral: twice daily 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in a tablespoon of honey or vegetable oil (e.g. olive oil).
Skin: massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Contains naturally: d-limonene, linalool, farnesol
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.
