Use
Oral: twice daily 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil.
Skin: massage, bath: 1 to 2 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Contains naturally eugenol, linalool, cinnamaldehyde, d-limoneen, cinnamylalcohol
Diffusion: 2 to 5 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.
