Essential oil
English lavender contains camphor and eucalyptol, which results in a fragrance somewhere between lavender and rosemary. When used in a massage oil it soothes the muscles. When used as a inhalant, it soothes the respiratory tracts. Insects (particularly flies) do not like its scent.

Use
Oral: twice daily 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil.
Skin: massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Contains naturally linalool, d-limoneen, geraniol, coumarine
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.
