Ginger improves the appetite, stimulates the senses and gives more energy. Ginger oil has a warming effect and it eases the muscles when incorporated in a massage oil.
Essential oils are the aromatic and volatile components of plants, flowers and fruits. Physalis essential oils are botanically and biochemically defined. Not chemically processed, not modified, not cut, not rectified, not reconstituted.
Oral: from 12 years of age: 1 x per day 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in a tablespoon of honey or in a herbal infusion.
Skin: massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Contains naturally: citral, linalool, geraniol, citronellol, d-limonene
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.
