Essential oil
Myrtle soothes the respiratory tracts and facilitates easier breathing. Incorporated in a massage oil, it relaxes stiff and cramped muscles.

Use
Oral: twice daily 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil.
Skin: massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Contains naturally d-limoneen, linalool, geraniol
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.
