Essential oil
The most important constituents of peppermint oil are menthol and menthone. It soothes the respiratory tracts, stimulates the digestion and reduces the bloated feeling after eating. Menthone contributes to the refreshing effect of peppermint oil.

Use
Oral: once or twice daily 1 drop. To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil.
Skin: massage: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Contains naturally d-limoneen, linalool, eugenol
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.
