Use
Oral: twice daily 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil.
Skin: massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Contains naturally linalool, geraniol, d-limoneen, citral, citronellol, farnesol
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.
