Rosemary ct. camphor is a stimulating and fortifying oil that helps to relax tired and stiff muscles during a massage. It can also lighten tired and heavy legs.

Use
Oral: twice daily 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil.
Food supplement. Keep out of the reach of young children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Skin: massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Contains naturally d-limoneen, linalool, citral, citronellol, eugenol, geraniol
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.
