Essential oil
Silver fir essential oil has a fresh and resin-like aroma. It is an ideal diffusing oil for the purification of the air and has a soothing effect on the airways (e.g. a persistent cough). When used in a massage, it stimulates the blood circulation and relaxes the muscles.

Use
Oral: once or twice daily 1 drop. To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil.
