Essential oil
Spearmint, also known as green mint, has a sweet, fresh but not too sharp minty flavour. It contains little menthol or menthone, which is what distinguishes it from peppermint. It is a stimulating and refreshing oil, which helps to ease the digestion.

Use
Oral: once or twice daily 1 drop. To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil.
Skin: massage: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Contains naturally d-limoneen, linalool
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.
