Essential oil
Red thyme stimulates the digestion and intestinal flora. The most important constituents of red thyme (thymol and carvacrol) also have purifying qualities. A drop added to a tablespoon of honey is salutary and soothing for the throat.

Use
Oral: twice daily 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil.
Skin: massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Contains naturally linalool, d-limoneen, citral, geraniol
Diffusion: 2 to 5 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.
