True lavender oil is one of the most widely used of all essential oils, not in the least because of its pleasing scent. True lavender oil has relaxing qualities. It soothes and calms the skin after insect bites.

Use
Oral: twice daily 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil.
Skin: massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Contains naturally linalool, geraniol, d-limoneen
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.
