Ingredients

  • Banana, frozen, half
    (sub: ¼ of an avocado)
  • Blueberries, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 1 sachet Physalis Collagen boost
  • 240 ml coconut milk
    (sub: coconut water)

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
