Ingredients

  • ½ cup mango, frozen
  • ¼ avocado
  • A handful of baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed, for example from Biotona
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 sachet Physalis Collagen boost
  • Optional: fresh parsley and/or fresh mint –
    a small handful
  • Optional: water or coconut water –
    as much as you think is necessary

Preparation method

  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender.
  2. Mix the ingredients until they are silky smooth. Add enough water to achieve the consistency you want.
    Tip: without water this smoothie will be thick and creamy, and can be served as a smoothie bowl rather than as a drink.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve.
