Makes 1 coffee
- 1 sachet Physalis Collagen Coffee
- 1 teaspoon Biotona bio Cacao powder Raw
- 150 ml freshly boiled water
- 100 ml plant milk, barista type
- A dash of cinnamon
- (Optional) raw honey, to taste (or use other natural sweetener of choice)
Spoon or whisk, milk frother
- In a cappuccino mug, dissolve Physalis Collagen Coffee and cacao powder in freshly boiled water. You can use a spoon or a whisk.
- Heat plant milk and froth it using milk frother. Pour milk and milk foam to the mug with collagen coffee.
- If desired, add natural sweetener of choice.
- Top with a dash of cinnamon and serve.
