3 x 20 - 30 drops per day. To be taken with some water or fruit juice. 60 to 90 drops is equivalent to 243 to 366 mg ginkgo.
What precautions should be taken?
Do not use during pregnancy and periods of breastfeeding. Consult your doctor or chemist if taken in conjunction with anticoagulants. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
