Use
Oral: twice daily 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil.
Skin: massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.
What precautions should be taken?
Do not use during pregnancy and periods of breastfeeding. Not recommended for babies. Keep out of the reach of young children. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
