3 x 20 - 30 drops per day. To be taken with some water or fruit juice. 60 to 90 drops is equivalent to 242 to 364 mg yarrow.
What precautions should be taken?
Do not use during pregnancy and periods of breastfeeding. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
