Physalis Transit+ is a plant complex based on Ayurvedic triphala powder, which in Sanskrit literally means 'three fruits' (haritaki, bibhitaki and amalaki). In addition, it also contains extracts of artichoke, ginger and tamarind. It is free from anthrachinons. Physalis Transit+ supports intestinal transit in a mild and natural way, thanks to the presence of tamarind. Artichoke, ginger, tamarind and amla all contribute towards comfortable digestion, while black myrobalan further assists transit and regular bowel movement.
A fibre-rich foodstuff (whole grain products, fresh fruit, raw vegetables, etc.), sufficient exercise and sufficient drinking are easy ways to assist natural bowel movement.
What ingredients does it contain?
Ingredients: bulking agent: cellulose, triphala powder (black myrobalan/haritaki, bastard myrobalan/bibhitaki, amla/amalaki) (27.3%), artichoke extract (13.6%), ginger extract (8.9%), tamarind extract (8.9%), anti-caking agents: calcium carbonate, tricalcium phosphate, glazing agent: fatty acids, gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, emulsifier: glycerol.

Use
2 to 4 tablets per day. To be taken in the evening with a large glass of water.
What precautions should be taken?
Do not use during pregnancy. Do not use for children under the age of 12. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
