We demand a lot from our concentration and memory during pre-exam periods. Physalis IQ Balance contains two traditional Ayurvedic plants, bacopa (Brahmi) and Indian ginseng (KSM-66 Ashwagandha®), both of which help to bring calm in stress situations. Like Ginkgo biloba and zinc, *Bacopa (Bacognize®) supports the memory and concentration. **Ashwagandha and maca enhance mental performance and endurance. The added B-vitamins help to preserve a healthy nervous system, while ***vitamin C and magnesium help to reduce fatigue. Contains lemon balm (Bluenesse®) that contributes towards mental balance and good cognitive functions.
