We demand a lot from our concentration and memory during pre-exam periods. Physalis IQ Balance contains two traditional Ayurvedic plants, bacopa (Brahmi) and Indian ginseng (KSM-66 Ashwagandha®), both of which help to bring calm in stress situations. Like Ginkgo biloba and zinc, *Bacopa (Bacognize®) supports the memory and concentration. **Ashwagandha and maca enhance mental performance and endurance. The added B-vitamins help to preserve a healthy nervous system, while ***vitamin C and magnesium help to reduce fatigue. Contains lemon balm (Bluenesse®) that contributes towards mental balance and good cognitive functions.

Ingredients: magnesium glycerophosphate, bacopa extract (13%), ashwagandha extract (13%), lemon balm extract (13%), maca extract (10.4%), bulking agent: cellulose, glazing agent: fatty acids, vitamin C, ginkgo bilobo extract (3.7%), bamboo powder (Bambusa arundinacea), gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, zinc bisglycinate, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamine B2, vitamin B6, emulsifier: glycerol, vitamin B1, vitamin B12.

What precautions should be taken?
Consult your doctor or chemist if taken in conjunction with anticoagulants. Do not use during pregnancy and periods of breastfeeding. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
