Physalis Magnesium forte contains a synergy of three easily absorbable forms of magnesium: magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium glycerophosphate and marine magnesium from mineral-rich seawater (Aquamin® Mg). In addition, this synergy is supplemented with 1vitamins B6 and B12 in their bio-active form, both of which help to reduce tiredness.
