Ingredients: collagen hydrolysate type I (fish) (50%), MCT powder (MCT oil*, acacia fibres* (Acacia senegal)) (27.5%), instant coffee powder (22.5%).

1 sachet per day. Stir the content of the sachet into a glass (vegetable) milk or hot water.
