Physalis Hair and nails is a natural and nourishing complex that contains zinc in its bio-available chelate form, which helps to preserve healthy hair and nails. Biotin (or vitamin H) and vitamin B6 support the protein metabolism. Vitamin C and zinc both help to protect cells against free radicals. Contains vegetable silicon from bamboo, a hydrolysate containing type I collagen, L-arginine and MSM. Supplemented with the sulphuric amino acids L-cystine and L-methionine.

Ingredients: bulking agent: cellulose, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) (18%), bamboo extract (15%), L-cystine (8.9%), vitamin C, collagen hydrolysate type I (fish) (7.1%), L-methionine (7.1%), L-arginine, vitamin B3, gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, zinc bisglycinate, glazing agent: fatty acids, vitamin B5, anti-caking agents: calcium carbonate, tricalcium phosphate, emulsifier: glycerol, vitamin B6, vitamine B2, vitamin B1, biotin, vitamin B12.

What precautions should be taken?
The intake must be limited to several weeks / months. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
