What ingredients does it contain?
Ingredients: bulking agent: cellulose, shatavari extract (17.2%), mango powder (11.5%), hop extract (9.8%), Scutellaria baicalensis extract (6.9%), anti-caking agents: calcium carbonate, tricalcium phosphate, glazing agent: fatty acids, saffron extract (3.5%).

What precautions should be taken?
Notify your physician and or pharmacist in the event of simultaneous use with depression treatment. Do not use during pregnancy. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
