After you reach a certain age, mobility decreases and your joints become less flexible. Physalis Glucosamin forte contains important elements in cartilage formation. Vitamin C supports the normal collagen formation that also helps to preserve healthy joint cartilage, while manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue (such as cartilage). Each tablet contains 1500 mg of glucosamine sulphate, the recommended daily dose. One tablet per day is sufficient.
Sufficient physical exercise and a healthy diet further promote a good functioning locomotor system.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Ingredients: glucosamine sulphate 2KCl (84.2%), glazing agent: fatty acids, bulking agent: cellulose, gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour: calcium carbonate, vitamin C, manganese citrate.
