After you reach a certain age, mobility decreases and your joints become less flexible. Physalis Glucosamin+ contains important elements in cartilage formation, such as glucosamine and chondroitin. Vitamin C supports the normal collagen formation that also helps to preserve healthy joint cartilage, while manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue (such as cartilage) and protects against free radicals. Further contains OptiMSM® or methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), a premium sulphuric compound. The vegan glucosamine is obtained through the fermentation of maize. The chondroitine is of bovine origin and is both very pure and extremely high quality.
Sufficient physical exercise and a healthy diet further promote a good functioning locomotor system.
What ingredients does it contain?
Ingredients: glucosamine sulphate 2KCl (38.2%), chondroitin sulphate (21.9%), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) (13.7%), bulking agent: cellulose, gelling agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, shellac, colour: calcium carbonate, glazing agent: fatty acids, emulsifier: cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, vitamin C, manganese citrate.

Use
2 to 4 tablets per day. To be taken at meal times with a little water.
What precautions should be taken?
Do not use during pregnancy and periods of breastfeeding. Do not use when on a low-potassium diet. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
