Physalis Osteo total® contains Aquamin®, a 100% natural whole food mineral complex derived from red algae, rich in calcium and with a high bio-availability. Calcium is necessary to maintain strong bones and is supported in this task by vitamin D and vitamin K. Vitamin D contributes to a normal absorption of calcium and phosphor. Osteo total® also contains vitamin K2 in the form of double-coated and encapsulated MK-7 (K2VITAL® Delta). This synergy is made complete by the addition of magnesium, manganese and zinc in a bio-available form. Manganese supports the formation of connective tissue (such as cartilage) and, like zinc and vitamin C, helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
What ingredients does it contain?
Ingredients: lithothamnion (57%), magnesium salt from citric acid, bulking agent: cellulose, bamboo extract (8.5%), gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vitamin C, glazing agent: fatty acids, colour: calcium carbonate, zinc bisglycinate, vitamin D3 (from pine extract), vitamin K2, manganese citrate.

Use
1 tablet per day for children aged 12 years and older, and 1 to 2 tablets per day for adults. To be taken at meal times with a little water.
What precautions should be taken?
Not suitable for people taking coumarin anticoagulants. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
