Physalis Foeniculum vulgare bio plant drops stimulate your appetite, digestion and the elimination of bodily waste in a mild manner. The small fruits of the fennel, with their typical aniseed-like flavour, are also recommended for breastfeeding women, since they stimulate lactation.
To achieve a balanced digestion, do not eat oversized portions, eat a balanced diet and do not eat too fast. As far as possible, avoid spiced and fatty foods, alcohol, coffee, etc.
Physalis hydroalcoholic extracts are made exclusively from organically cultivated plants. They are a concentrated and pure source of active components and do not contain added substances.

3 x 20 - 30 drops per day. To be taken with some water or fruit juice. 60 to 90 drops is equivalent to 101 to 152 mg fennel.
What precautions should be taken?
Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Do not use during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
