Physalis Milk thistle forte contains 500 mg of quality milk thistle extract, standardised at 80% silymarin. 1Milk thistle supports the liver's purifying and detoxifying functions and is recommended as part of a detox cure. It helps protect the liver cells and promotes a normal sugar metabolism.
To facilitate internal purification: eat a balanced diet and avoid as much fatty and sugar-rich food as possible, as well as alcohol and coffee. Drink two litres of water per day.
What ingredients does it contain?
Ingredients: milk thistle extract (61%), bulking agent: gum arabic, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate, rice flour (Oryza sativa), emulsifiers: cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, glycerol, glazing agent: fatty acids, gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

What precautions should be taken?
Do not use during pregnancy and periods of breastfeeding. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
