Physalis AshwaMag® combines the strengths of two Ayurvedic plants that can provide natural support for our often stressful lifestyles. This advanced complex contains KSM-66®, a premium ashwagandha or Indian ginseng extract with a highly standardised withanolides content (>5%). Physalis AshwaMag® also contains an innovative extract of holy basil or tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum, Holixer™) with five bioactive compounds that make up the Ocimum Bioactive Complex. Holy basil and ashwagandha support in case of stress and tension. Ashwagandha also contributes to a good, healthy night's sleep. It also contains Thearelax®, a green tea extract standardised to 40% natural L-theanine. Finally, this complex contains two easily absorbable forms of magnesium: magnesium bisglycinate and marine magnesium from mineral-rich seawater (Aquamin®Mg). Both help reduce fatigue.
