Physalis AshwaMag®combines the strengths of two Ayurvedic plants that can provide natural support for our often stressful lifestyles. This advanced complex contains KSM-66®, a premium ashwagandha or Indian ginseng extract with a highly standardised withanolides content (>5%). Physalis AshwaMag® also contains an innovative extract of holy basil or tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum, Holixer™) with five bioactive compounds that make up the Ocimum Bioactive Complex. 1Holy basil and 2ashwagandha support in case of stress and tension. Ashwagandha also contributes to a good, healthy night's sleep. It also contains Thearelax®, a green tea extract standardised to 40% natural L-theanine. Finally, this complex contains two easily absorbable forms of 3magnesium: magnesium bisglycinate and marine magnesium from mineral-rich seawater (Aquamin®Mg). Both help reduce fatigue.
What ingredients does it contain?
Ingredients: ashwagandha extract (22.5%), magnesium bisglycinate, Aquamin® Mg (magnesium hydroxide), bulking agent: cellulose, holy basil extract (9.4%), green tea extract (9.4%), glazing agent: fatty acids, anti-caking agents: calcium carbonate, tricalcium phosphate, gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, emulsifier: glycerol.

Use
Adults and children from 12 years: 1 tablet per day or as recommanded. To be taken during mealtime with a little water.
What precautions should be taken?
Avoid prolonged use without professional advice. Do not use during pregnancy and periods of breastfeeding. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
