Physalis Relax & Sleep bio herbal infusion contains valerian, passion flower, hawthorn and lemon balm, all of which have a beneficial effect on stress and tension. This is thanks to their relaxing properties, which allow them to contribute in a natural way to a good and healthy night's sleep. There is nothing better than waking up in the morning feeling fresh, well rested and full of energy to start the new day. Mild and with a pleasing flavour.

Use
Infuse one sachet for 5 minutes in boiled water. 1 to 2 cups in the evening.
What precautions should be taken?
Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Contains liquorice – people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption. It is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and to lead a healthy way of life. Contains negligible amounts of fat, saturated fat, carbohydrates, sugar, proteins, salt per 100 g prepared infusion.
