3 x 20 - 30 drops per day. To be taken with some water or fruit juice. 60 to 90 drops is equivalent to 173 to 260 mg St. John’s wort.
What precautions should be taken?
Do not use during pregnancy and periods of breastfeeding. Consult your physician in the event of simultaneous use with other medicins. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
