Physalis Omega 3 forte contains the polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids EPA (36%) and DHA (24%) with a natural EPA / DHA ratio of 1.5. Proportionally, our daily diet provides us with too much omega-6 and too little omega-3. That is why supplements containing EPA and DHA are highly recommended. DHA contributes to normal brain function** and good vision**. EPA and DHA both help to preserve normal blood pressure and triglycerides level (the beneficial effects are obtained with a daily dose of 3 g and 2 g of EPA and DHA respectively).

Use
1 capsule per day (heart function) / 2 capsules per day (foetal and infant eye and brain development*) / 3 capsules per day (brain function - vision). To be taken during meals with a little water.
What precautions should be taken?
Consult your doctor or chemist if taken in conjunction with anticoagulants. The daily intake of EPA + DHA may not exceed 5 g. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
