The daily intake of unsaturated fatty acids is essential! Physalis Omega total provides you with a full spectrum of all the omega fatty acids of marine and plant origin. Physalis Omega total is a sublime complex of five omega fatty acids derived from high-quality fish oil, krill oil and plants such as borage, buckthorn, pomegranate seeds and olives. 1The most essential omega-3 fatty acids are EPA and DHA, obtained from fish and krill oil. They contribute to normal heart function with a daily intake of 250 mg. DHA also helps to maintain good vision and brain function (2with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA). The complex further contains high doses of the omega-6 fatty acid GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), punicic acid (omega-5) and palmitoleic acid (PA or omega-7) of plant origin. The added Omega-9 or oleic acid is extracted from an extra virgin olive oil. Vitamin E helps to protect cells against free radicals.

Ingredients: fish oil, fish gelatin, borage oil, sea buckthorn oil, lipid extract from the crustaceans Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba), gelling agent: glycerol, pomegranate seed oil, vitamin E, olive oil, humectant: sorbitol.

What precautions should be taken?
Consult your doctor or chemist if taken in conjunction with anticoagulants. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
