Use
1 to 2 tablets per day. To be taken every evening half to one hour before going to bed with a little water or herbal tea.
What precautions should be taken?
Do not use during pregnancy and periods of breastfeeding. Do not use for children under the age of 12. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
