3 x 20 - 30 drops per day. To be taken with some water or fruit juice. 60 to 90 drops is equivalent to 119 to 180 mg valerian.
What precautions should be taken?
Do not use for children under the age of 12. Do not use during pregnancy and periods of breastfeeding. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
