Physalis Alchemilla vulgaris bio plant drops help to ensure female balance and comfort during the (pre)menstrual period. Many women experience this period as a difficult time. Use
3 x 20 - 30 drops per day. To be taken with some water or fruit juice. 60 to 90 drops is equivalent to 131 to 197 mg lady's mantel.
What precautions should be taken?
Do not use during pregnancy and periods of breastfeeding. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
