Physalis Menopause+ was developed especially to help women bridge this significant period in their life without too much difficulty. Vitamin B6 helps to regulate hormonal activity during the menopause. Vitamin B12 and folic acid support the mental functions and help to reduce fatigue. Hop (Lifenol™) contributes to menopausal comfort and supports relaxation. Maca (Peruvian ginseng) and KSM-66® ashwagandha (Indian ginseng) both enhance the body's overall resilience and vitality, as does green tea, which further supports the fat metabolism and leads to improved weight management. The exclusive Scots pine bark extract (>67% oligomeric proanthocyanidins or OPC’s) contributes to a healthy blood (micro)circulation.

Use
2 x 1 tablet per day. To be taken at meal times with a little water.
What precautions should be taken?
Do not take more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Do not take on an empty stomach or if you are using other products with green tea on the same day. Do not use during pregnancy and periods of breastfeeding and for adolescents under the age of 18. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
