The menopause is a natural event in every woman's life. The average age at which the menopause occurs is between and 45 and 55 years. During this period, some women experience discomfort, such as hot flushes, irritability, restlessness, etc. Physalis Menoplex bio was created to help women get through this difficult period with as little inconvenience as possible. The complex contains hop and sage, both of which support menopausal comfort. Maca further promotes resilience and vitality, while green tea and yarrow contribute to weight management.

Ingredients: hydroalcoholic extracts: hop* (30%), sage* (15%), green tea* (15%), maca* (10%), yarrow* (9%), hydroalcoholic glycerine bud extracts: common hawthorn* (4%), blackberry* (4%), apple* (4%), vine leaf* (4%), silver birch* (4%), essential oils: fennel* (0.34%), star anise* (0.33%), lemon* (0.33%). *organic culture

2 to 3 x 20 - 30 drops (max. 4,5 ml) per day. To be taken with some water.
What precautions should be taken?
Do not use during pregnancy and periods of breastfeeding and for adolescents under the age of 18. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry and dark place. Contains caffeine (max. 80 mg/day), not recommended for children or pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not take more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Do not take on an empty stomach or if you are using other products with green tea on the same day. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
